Farming the lush plains of Punjab!! Its probably most difficult to imagine that the Green Revolution spearheaded by Punjab farmers is is by and large a very labor intensive process. Seen here is a farmer tilling the soil before planting pulses for the next season. Seen in the background are the paddy crops that are ready to be harvested.
