San Francisco

wanderer

When you live in a city, it is rare that you actually get a chance to soak in the pleasures of the sights – for me it is simply a matter of coming across as touristy – so I avoid most if not all of the locales of San Francisco that tourists like to go to – the fisherman’s wharf, the alcatraz, the crooked street etc. But the Golden Gate is an exception – rising above the fog it is as charming as the sight of gold in a mine. I was lucy enough to be there this weekend just as the fog was settling in and I must say it was a pleasure. Shared here.
