But it is not a place to go in search of excellent restaurant food! My experience is limited, so I could be wrong….I hope I’m wrong and someone can toss out a few suggestions.
What’s your definition of excellent – if you count McDonalds and fast food as excellent, you are in luck – but otherwise, there is a Woolgrowers restaurant http://www.woolgrowers.net/ which is popular for Basque food, and there are the regular chain restaurants like PF Changs, CPK, BJ’s – other than that you are probably asking for too much in Bakersfield!
