Carlsberg is synonymous with Copenhagen – atleast that’s what the pubs would have you believe. The town is laid back, the people are warm – an excellent way to experience a new town these days is to rent a local place courtesy Airbnb – with a good host, you can get quite a few insights into the local culture. The homes are much smaller than the ones you see in North America, but they have 10x more character and design efficiency.
This shot was just outside the Carlsberg brewery to the west side of Copenhagen – the old brick architecture still reminiscent of the olden days – the bright red door adds a nice touch to the building’s facade.
