Pulled this one out of my ancient repository of pictures – This is in . Notice the stark change in the ruggedness of the range. What appear to be rolling hills on the left are actually 22k feet high peaks with the base at an altitude of about 14K. On the right ,I am told is China Tibet, now a part of China – the steep hills prove to be a natural barrier for human movement.

    On the right there lies Tibet (china occupied state)not China. How would Tibet history be like if we distorted fact in current situation.
